Niki Jones Agency is thrilled to announce that our Lead Graphic Designer, Harley Lake, has been named an Outstanding Woman in Graphic Design by the TITAN Women in Business and Leadership Awards 2026! Harley won a Gold Award in the Outstanding Female in Graphic Design subcategory for driving the agency’s design excellence as well as her leadership in mentoring our junior graphic designer.
The TITAN Women in Business and Leadership Awards honors “executives, founders, and organizations driving measurable impact through leadership, strategy, and business performance” and has been recognizing outstanding women from across the globe since 2022.
This award is the latest of several honors won by the agency and its team members this year alone:
- In September, Account Director Stephanie Brynes, Ph.D was named an inaugural winner of the PRSA Emerging Professionals Award, honoring “rising communications professionals recognized for innovation, ethical practice and meaningful impact.”
- In August, the agency was named a finalist for the PRNEWS Platinum Awards 2026 in the “Community Resilience or Disaster Relief Initiative” category for the Mass Decontamination Field Manual we designed for our client NYU Langone Health.
- In May, the agency won a Gold Award for Online Ad (Campaign) at the 2026 Muse Creative Awards, Season 1, one of the world’s leading international design awards and creative competitions.
