Niki Jones Agency’s Stephanie Brynes Wins Inaugural PRSA Emerging Professionals Award

Niki Jones Agency Account Director Stephanie Brynes has been honored as a winner of the PRSA’s inaugural Emerging Professional Awards. The new award recognizes “individuals with two to seven years of professional communications experience whose work demonstrates innovation, creativity, critical thinking, ethical practice and measurable impact.” Stephanie is one of only 8 professionals selected from across the country for this prestigious honor.

“I’m honored to be chosen as part of the inaugural cohort for PRSA Emerging Professionals,” said Stephanie, who has been Account Director and lead strategic communications consultant for two years. “I’m particularly proud to be recognized for my ethical practice and measurable impact on organizations, communities, and the communications profession. My goal is to be a true asset and trustworthy partner to the clients and communities I serve, and this award is a reminder that I am succeeding in that goal.”

The Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) is the leading professional organization for public relations and communications. The PRSA focuses on professional development, networking, and leadership opportunities and has over 400 chapters around the world.

The winners will be honored at the 2026 PRSA Emerging Professionals Program and Awards Ceremony, October 18 in Orlando, FL. That event will be part of PRSA’s ICON 2026, the largest annual conference for communications and public relations professionals in the United States.

An Award-Winning Legacy

This latest award is the third the agency has won or been named a finalist for this year. Earlier this year, the agency won a Gold Award for Online Ad (Campaign) at the 2026 Muse Creative Awards, Season 1 for a campaign we developed for Springvale Inn. More recently, Niki Jones Agency was named a finalist in the PRNEWS Platinum Awards 2026 in the Reputation, Purpose & Public Affairs – Community Resilience or Disaster Relief Initiative category for the Mass Decontamination Field Manual for our client NYU Langone Health.

Congratulations to Stephanie and here’s to many more awards to come for our talented team!
