Each season attracts thousands of submissions from designers, agencies, brands, and creative professionals around the world, bringing together the global creative community shaping the future of design and creativity.

This season’s competition attracted over 13,000 entries from around the world, showcasing exceptional work across disciplines including architecture, interior design, product design, advertising, branding, digital media, and experiential design.

Our Award-Winning Campaign

The award was granted for the agency’s online advertising campaign for Springvale Inn, an assisted living community in Croton-on-Hudson, NY. The campaign was focused on recapturing market share in a highly competitive region, utilizing a soft touch approach that highlighted Springvale’s Inn unique selling proposition: their ability to offer more affordable living spaces without sacrificing quality of life or amenities.

The six-month, geotargeted campaign yielded 306,067 impressions, 15,799 link clicks, a 5.28% CTR, and 3,325 leads for the client. It was successful in raising the community’s profile and helping them maintain their resident population.

The Challenge of Advertising in the Elder Care Space

Bringing this project to life did come with a particular set of challenges. The elder care space in the Hudson Valley is oversaturated and highly competitive due to an aging population. In addition, Springvale Inn is a private pay assisted living option, so our team had to carefully tailor the campaign to avoid leads from seniors and families looking to use Medicaid to help cover costs.

We had to put strict parameters in place to curb spam, since campaigns of this type are disproportionately targeted by spammers. We reconciled this issue through conditional logic on our social media platform, adjusting filtering on the client’s webpage, and pivoting to a different name for the landing page. We also added custom, authentic location photos to our Google Search campaign to provide essential visual context in sponsored search results, which drives performance.

Mitigating these challenges improved the CTR of the campaign, peaking at 8.94%. We used Meta as our mid-funnel approach and maintained Google Search and Display campaigns for consistent results and lead generation.

With these strategies in place—and, notably, with no SEO support—our ads have accounted for approximately 98% of their web traffic from January to today. We secured hundreds of qualified leads in a season where we would typically see a downturn in engagement and leads.
