Service Options
EMaaS provides you with a flexible, outsourced solution to your emergency management needs. After an initial consultation, we will work together to determine the right services for you and how many hours per month you’ll need to achieve resiliency.
Our diversified Emergency Management as a Service options include:
-
Active Shooter/Violent Incident Training/Natural Disaster Training
Customized exercises prepare organizations for threats including adverse weather, natural disasters, physical or cyber security breaches, violent incidents and active shooters. We use CMT tabletop and virtual simulations to determine your risks. Then, we identify your response capability and recovery gaps. Finally, we make strategic recommendations and implement changes to make your organization more resilient.
-
Business Continuity Planning
These protocol ensure your business continues to operate during and after crisis situations. Continuity plans account for cybersecurity breaches, natural disasters, pandemics, violent incidents, and other crisis situations. Developed in conjunction with C-suite leadership and any internal CMT staff.
-
Crisis Communications
Full-service crisis communications include plans detailing chain of command, media relations, social media guidance, and message creation and distribution. We also consult on cultural and linguistic competency and ADA compliance for individuals who are sight or hearing impaired.
-
Crisis Management Program Design
We develop an end-to-end Crisis Management Program, including the construction of an Enterprise Crisis Management Team (CMT), Team Leadership, selection of team members, and CMT training and Tabletop Exercises. This includes natural disaster, violent incident, and active shooter response plans.
-
Enterprise Command Center
We identify workspaces that can be developed as primary and alternate Enterprise Command Centers. The ECC will be sizable to accommodate your Crisis Management Team and will have infrastructure, technology, and materials to support Crisis Management Team operations.
-
Government and External Affairs

-
Threat/Risk Analysis and Comprehension
We develop a risk profile of your organization to help identify the threats that inform your “Risk Story”. It is your Risk Story that informs the overall Crisis Management program, Crisis Management Plans, and Crisis Management Exercises.
-
Predictive Modeling and Analysis using Artificial Intelligence
We offer a variety of predictive modeling tools that use artificial intelligence to monitor, predict, and alert when threats pass a certain threshold, empowering you to intervene. These tools use data analytics to forecast floods, active shooters, and violent incidents, as well as workplace risks for on site injury prevention.
