Convene Travis County

Convene Travis County is a community-driven project to build a more aware and inclusive system for substance use care in Travis County, TX. Convene contracted Niki Jones Agency to design and develop a user-friendly website to gather feedback (including anonymous feedback) about substance use care and opportunities to improve its delivery to the community.

Design Journey

Convene Travis County provided a brand book to inform the overall design of the website. We incorporated their signature purples (the color of recovery) and pinks, as well as their custom “C” logo to brand their new website. We selected thoughtful imagery that felt true to their community-focused mission of facilitating discussions and improvements in substance use care.

Mobile design

Our site was also designed to be fully mobile-friendly, as the majority of individuals using the website would access events, contribute feedback, or review materials entirely from their phones.
