The Springvale InnNiki Jones Agency created a digital marketing campaign for The Springvale Inn to reclaim market share from competitors within a specific geographic radius of the community. The campaign ran on Google Search, Google Display and Meta. The goals of the campaign included:
- Creating high quality leads to increase the number of rented apartments
- Improving marketing effectiveness against competitors within 15 miles

We designed soft-touch, seasonal ads featuring happy seniors. The campaign messaging highlighted The Springvale Inn’s unique selling proposition: their ability to offer more affordable living spaces without sacrificing quality of life or amenities. Each seasonal campaign implemented visual themes evocative of community, wellness, and holidays.
