Niki Jones is the founder and CEO of Niki Jones Agency,  an award-winning integrated marketing and  public relations agency. She has over 30 years of experience  in project management, art direction, and  brand development. Niki is a former NYC tactical  patrol paramedic, and her experience honed her skills in strategic decision making, managing high-pressure situations, and maintaining multiple priorities. Thanks to her skills, experience, and dedication to serving public health clients, Niki was recognized as a 2025 MM+M Woman of Distinction in Healthcare Marketing.

Stephanie brings curiosity and analytical vision to our creative process. She is a versatile project manager whose attention to detail, effective communication, and thorough understanding of both strategic and production phases ensures every project meets time and budget parameters. Stephanie was named a 2026 PRSA Emerging Professional and a 2025 PR News Agency Innovator.

Louis is responsible for the agency’s technological infrastructure, which involves system administration, network security, and information policy management. Our most experienced developer on the team, he also oversees junior developers and provides rigorous quality assurance balances. Louis specializes in server deployment, cyber security, web accessibility and search engine optimization.

With a style all her own, Harley adds a spark of creativity to everything she designs. From logos, marketing materials, flyers and brochures, to annual reports and website designs, Harley’s attention to detail highlights the individual story behind every brand. Her portfolio speaks to her design versatility: she has crafted award-winning web designs and marketing campaigns, as well as developed bespoke brand packages across industries.

Amanda is an experienced marketing professional and project manager. With a keen eye for detail, she blends practicality and creativity when writing proposals. Her experience in the A/E/C, IT, and entertainment industries have given her insight into very different approaches to business, allowing her to look at projects from a variety of perspectives.

Julie-Anne is responsible for developing innovative digital marketing strategies and creating SEO-friendly content for clients. She is an experienced marketing and operations specialist skilled in developing content and campaign strategies across digital platforms. In addition to a BFA from the School of Visual Arts, Julie-Anne holds certifications from Google Search Ads and Semrush SEO.

Tom is a skilled writer and content strategist with 20 years of experience in blogging, social media management, and digital marketing. He has a successful track record of developing copy and multimedia content for clients spanning a wide range of industries. His previous experience as a classroom teacher provided him a foundation of creativity, adaptability and delivering information clearly and concisely while also being relevant and engaging.

Christopher specializes in producing high-quality materials for public sector clients and small businesses. A well-rounded design and marketing professional, he supports clients with graphic design, content administration, search engine optimization, and email marketing. Christopher has an AAS in Visual Communications Technology: Graphic Arts / Printing from SUNY Orange and has completed coursework in Fine Arts and Design at Fashion Institute of Technology. He hold certifications from SemRush and Zoho.

As Office Manager, Annie is responsible for bookkeeping and coordinating with our human resources vendor. She manages payroll, invoicing, time entries, and company policies. She also reviews budgets for RFPs and is always willing to help with any tasks in the office. Annie holds a certification from the Association of Digital Bookkeepers. Outside of Niki Jones Agency, Annie is the owner of Orange & Hudson Bookkeeping.
